In a surprise turn of this action filled drama, Ahmed Mohammed, a justice of the federal high court, Abuja on Monday has refused to grant the request of star actor Bukola Saraki to stop his trial.
Saraki had approached the court with an exparte application seeking an injunction to stop the Code of Conduct Tribunal (CCT) from putting him on trial for a 13-count charge of corruption and false declaration of assets brought against him by the Code of Conduct Bureau.
Now Mr Saraki, can we please get on with the thrilling part of the drama as revelations are unfold? You have promised to show up on the main scene tomorrow a.k.a The CCT. Do not fall the hands of millions waiting to hear from the Horse's mouth. That includes yours truly on location shining lights on otherwise unseen aspects of this series.
